Vehicle Donations

Thank you for considering Vietnam Veterans of America as the recipient of your vehicle donation. Proceeds from the sale of your vehicle are used to help fund VVA's Community Involvement.

You’ll need:

• A title in the donor’s name (all vehicles regardless of age have a title)
• A set of keys
• If there is a lien holder, you must have a lien release from the financial institution
• The vehicle must be accessible to be towed.
• Towing usually takes place within 48 hours after the title has been transferred.

If you are ready to support the Vietnam Veteran’s of America with your donation, please click on the “How To Donate” link on the left navigation panel and complete the online form. We will call you to arrange to pick-up the title and have the vehicle towed. A temporary receipt will be provided at the time we pick up your signed title. A permanent receipt will be mailed to you after the vehicle has been sold or disposed and VVA has received notification of the sale amount per the IRS publication 4302.
